Car manufacturers, cosmetics manufacturers, a weapons manufacturer and a herbicide manufacturer are among the companies that have filed class action lawsuits this month. Use these billing offers to see if you qualify for some stock in your inventory.
Nissan Altima CVT
If you own or leased a Nissan Altima, model year 2013 through 2016, you may be eligible for a $ 1,000 voucher.
If your Nissan Altima is equipped with a continuously variable transmission (CVT), both current and former owners and tenants may be entitled to compensation for an alleged fault that has led to premature failure of the transmission. Nissan has also agreed to extend warranties and refund customers repair costs for Sentras, Versas and Versa Notes on defective gearboxes.
If you purchased or leased a Nissan Sentra from 2013 to 2017, a Nissan Versa from 2014 to 2017 or a Nissan Versa from 2012 to 2017, you may be eligible for a repair refund of up to $ 4,750 or a $ 1,000 voucher.
